We are a small family business based in north Wales.

We work from home and our workshop. This means that we can keep our prices low and give you a personal and after sales service that is often so lacking in larger businesses.

Joe has been working with stained glass for over 20 years; in recent years he has turned his attention towards fused glass and mosaic tiles.

We have a wide knowledge of glass and will endeavour to help you with your mosaic needs.
Many of our products are produced in our workshop so we have a deep understanding of our them.

Our fused tiles are hand made here which enables us to keep our prices low and experiment with new and interesting lines. So keep an eye on the site as new lines appear once new ideas are created.

We are steadily expanding our business but aim to continue giving a friendly and helpful service, as good customer service is top of our list of priorities.

Delivery Times:
Our delivery aim is 3 to 7 working days or sooner unless a change is announced on our home page but reserve the right to deliver within three weeks.

Contract Conditions
No contract will exist between you and us for any sale unless confirmation from us that you item has been accepted and payment has been received by us. Most of the items we hold in stock and we will make and every effort to complete your order. No liability is accepted if we are unable to complete your order.

Order Acceptance:
The acceptance of your order will be deemed when payment has been receive and accepted by us.
The completion of the contract between you and us will be when the order has been dispatched to the address provided by you unless you have canceled the order in accordance with our Returns Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason and any moneys paid will be returned to you the customer.

Returns Policy:
In the very rare event of a returned item's
Return the item in its original packaging and in the same condition. If the reason for the return is due to its poor condition or damage caused with transportation we will refund your carriage.

If the reason for return is due to unsuitability we will not refund your carriage or ours for that item but will refund the item cost.

We accept most credit and debit cards, and cheque we take payment from your card at the time we process your order before it being dispatched.

Your debit or credit card is processed on the paypal secure server. You do not have to be a member to pay . you will receive a confirmation e-mail that you can keep for your records and your goods will be processed and in the post to you.
