Over thirty thousand genuine jobs online now. Over 1 000 new jobs are registered every day.
Across all sectors. At Careers-jobs. FACT
Ever wonder why some people get a job within a few days.
It's true they do. So why can't you?
They don't waste their time searching the data bases of scores of different job sites every week that boast hundreds of thousands of
so called "genuine " jobs in total every week, if you add them all together. Still some people can't find a job.
How can there be that many vacancies in this country at this time? Is your present employer advertising just at the moment? Or cutting back?
Are you fed up getting daily/weekly email alerts for jobs from these sites, having signed up for jobs such as HGV driver, saying
"earn £500 per week part time" or "£15 per hour col/del brochures" and believe it or not "lap dancing in Liverpool".
Every week I get job offers like these from gumtree, fish4jobs and totaljobs
Job sites search the same data bases. So what is the point of visiting 10 different job siters? 1 or 2, at most, will do.
What I am going to suggest is you take a few days off. But first there is one thing you need to do.
A proportion of the jobs advertised online are filled, often, within a matter of hours.
These jobs go to jobseekers who have already registered and have new jobs sent to them, daily, by email
and are, often, put forward for these jobs after a quick phone call to them. sometimes before the job was uploaded onto the internet.
They should have your permission. This is not the case with all job sites.
I know of one case where an employment agency contacted an employer in the hope of drumming up business saying
"and here are the CV's of just the sort of people we think you should be looking to recruit"
Two of them were already working for that company and, until then, unknown to their employer were looking for jobs elsewhere.
Careers-jobs always tell you which employers they are sending your CV to. Guaranteed.
This is why some people get a job within a few days. They register a few basic details.
Name
Location
Email
Telphone number
Job role/s
Qualifications, maybe a CV
Brief experience
Minimum pay
But not bank account details.Only the employer that, finally, hires you needs this. Once they offer you the job
during or after the interview.
It's up to you what details you provide them with. But they do need a few basic details to get started.
You need to be ready. You need to have jobs sent to you before others see them. They can't put you in for the job if they don't know about you.
Also don't forget to have and email sent to you every day. If it doesn't contain the right type of jobs that you were expecting.
Go back and modify your choices until it does.
Give it a couple of days and then contact them. Email or phone call and find out what they have done/are doing with your application.
Remember! There are no fees for the jobseeker to pay it's illigal to charge the jobseeker. They get paid from the employer
only if they fill the vacancy. This works to your advantage.
